Month of Coordination

For the over - achieving couple who needs a little help at the end to pull it all together

Pre-Planning:

• Complimentary consultation prior to booking
• One planning session with coordination to review wedding details, design scheme, floor plan, vendor list, contracts, and guest list
• Creation of event timeline including set-up, processional, ceremony, recessional, and reception
• Attendance of final walk through, if applicable
• Review of design elements
• Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications and plan for returning of equipment, if applicable
• Direction of rehearsal (1 or 2 nights prior)
• Wedding emergency kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, Band- Aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, sewing kit, etc.)

Wedding Day:

• Installation of wedding decor according to design plan*
*(If placing centerpieces or extensive decor, i.e. greenery and candles, an assistant will be required to be added to package for additional fee of $250)
• On-site vendor coordination for up to 12 hours to oversee set up - clean up**
**(Coordinator to arrive for vendor set up at ceremony/reception venue- additional services available as an add on if the couple requests the coordinator’s presence at the hotel/getting ready location)
• Direction of wedding ceremony, including musicians and bridal party for wedding processional and recessional
• Management of reception caterer to ensure proper food & beverage service as agreed upon
• Coordination of wedding reception milestones: first dance, family dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc
• Distribution of final payments to wedding vendors
• Oversight of wedding clean-up
• Ensure all personal items & wedding gifts are accounted for with the appropriate family members (Lionhearted Events will not be liable for transportation or holding of items after event conclusion)
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise

Partial Planning

For the couple who needs help finding their team but who would still like to be involved in the planning process

Pre-Planning:

• Complimentary consultation prior to booking
• Initial planning session to review wedding details, design scheme, floorplan, vendor list, contracts, and guest list
• Vendor scouting for up to four vendor categories (ex: florist, photographer, transportation, beauty, etc.) for the couple to attend appointments and finalize proposals with
• Site visit at venue to review layout, floor plan, decor and other recommendations
• Development of day-of timeline, including processional, ceremony, recessional, and reception
• Development of vendor set-up / break-down timeline to be distributed to all vendors
• Contact vendors three weeks prior to wedding to verify reservations and timeline
• Unlimited email correspondence prior to wedding
• Wedding emergency kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, Band- Aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, Static Guard, sewing kit, etc.)

Pre-Planning:

• Initial planning session to develop wedding style (selecting color scheme, theme, ect)
• Assistance with budget development based on wedding priorities and style
• Development of wedding planning timeline
• Recommendation, selection and negotiation of wedding vendors, including but not limited to caterer, florist, musicians, and rentals
• Coordination of selected vendors to develop cohesive wedding plan based on event style, including floral design, menu selection, etc.
• Development of wedding website consistent with wedding theme
• Design and distribution of out-of-town guest bags
• Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
• Development of wedding day timeline; distribution to wedding vendors
• Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
• Final walk-through with client at selected sites in the month of the wedding
